What are your studio hours?
We're open Wednesday through Sunday 10am-6pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays for studio work.
How often do you offer new products?
Our artisans create new pieces continuously, with featured collections changing seasonally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and contactless payments.
Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes! Many of our artisans accept custom orders - contact us to discuss your vision.
What's your return policy?
Handmade items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer craft workshops?
Yes! We offer regular workshops in pottery, weaving, woodworking and other crafts. Check our schedule.
